Equipment technical description
TCK66YS inclined lathe is a small and medium-sized CNC lathe developed for turning of shaft sleeve parts. It can process internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, stepped surfaces, grooves, spherical surfaces and other various rotary surfaces, and can process various metric and imperial internal and external threads. It is suitable for medium and small batch and single-piece production, and can also be used for mass production of complex parts. It is widely used in mining, bearings, auto parts, gears and other industries.
Overall: The machine tool is an integrated layout of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, with a 30°/45° overall inclined bed, which has the advantages of compact structure, high rigidity, smooth chip removal and convenient operation; the guide rail type is a rolling guide rail, and the driving component adopts a high-speed silent ball screw, which has the advantages of fast speed, less heat and high positioning accuracy; the machine tool is fully enclosed protection, automatic chip removal, automatic lubrication and automatic cooling.
Bed: The whole resin sand gray cast iron bed, the casting structure is analyzed and optimized by finite element, and the casting is treated by secondary aging, with high rigidity and high stability; the finishing is processed by high-precision pentahedron gantry machining center, with high geometric accuracy; the high and low rail layout has the advantages of high rigidity, compact structure, smooth chip removal and convenient operation; the bed guide is a rolling guide, with small friction coefficient, fast moving speed and high positioning accuracy.
Spindle: The spindle motor adopts AC spindle servo motor, belt speed reduction transmission; the spindle bearing adopts high-precision angular contact ball bearing, with high speed, high rotation accuracy and low temperature rise. High-rigidity spindle assembly adopts a six-bearing structure with four front and two rear bearings, front NN3020KM/NN3018KM and rear BMT100B bearings, with strong load-bearing capacity.
Tool holder: It adopts high-reliability servo hydraulic turret, with fast tool change speed and high reliability.
Drive: AC servo motor, high-speed silent ball screw, direct connection with elastic coupling, fast moving speed, high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy; built-in absolute encoder, no cumulative error, no need to memorize, no need to find reference points, and position information will not be lost after power is cut off.
